The proposed project is located on the northeast corner of Santa Monica Boulevard and Yale Street. The project consists of an eight story, 129 unit, multi-family residential building, including 13 deed-restricted affordable units. There are three (3) levels of subterranean parking (approximately 132 parking spaces).  The project proposes a central courtyard located on the ground floor with an ample amount of outdoor open space located on the 8th floor &  rooftop levels and an ample amount of residential amenity space with private outdoor balconies located throughout the project.
